During the month of April, LaBovick Law Group expanded its teen driving safety and community education efforts across Palm Beach County, reaching more than 1,200 students through its Safety 4 Life initiative.

Through a series of in-person school safety assemblies at Pahokee High School, G-Star School of the Arts, and John I. Leonard High School, the firm brought real-world insight into classrooms, focusing on driver safety education, accident prevention, and the consequences of everyday decisions behind the wheel.

Safety 4 Life is the firm’s prevention-focused initiative, designed to promote car accident awareness and safer driving habits among teens before critical moments happen.

Real-World Car Accident Experience Meets Driver Safety Education

What makes Safety 4 Life different from traditional school safety programs is its foundation in real legal experience.

The content shared in these assemblies is based on what attorneys at LaBovick Law Group see every day while representing car accident victims and their families. This includes not only the physical impact of accidents, but also the legal and financial consequences that often follow.

During each session, students explored key aspects of teen driving safety, including:

  • How minor accidents can quickly escalate into serious situations
  • The role of speed and distraction in car crashes
  • What happens after a car accident, from both a legal and financial perspective
  • How to make safer decisions in high-risk, real-life scenarios

This approach helps bridge the gap between awareness and understanding, making driver safety education more relevant and impactful for teens.

Led by Experienced Car Accident Attorneys

Each assembly was led by Brian LaBovick and Esther LaBovick, who brought decades of experience handling personal injury and car accident cases.

Their involvement is a key differentiator.

Students gain insight directly from attorneys who have seen the long-term effects of accidents on individuals and families. This real-world perspective helps reinforce the importance of safe driving behaviors and informed decision-making.

By connecting legal experience with everyday choices, the program creates a stronger, more credible message around accident prevention.

By focusing on prevention and education, the firm helps students better understand the responsibilities that come with driving and the importance of making safer choices on the road.

James was searching for equipment for painting at Home Depot. In the aisle next to him, there was a worker on a lift stocking the highest shelf. The worker pushed boxes so far across the shelf that they fell off the other edge and hit James in the head. The force almost knocked James unconscious. He sat down and the loud bang got the worker off the ladder to see what fell. When they saw James they offered him a bucket and made a report. James did not recall leaving the store or how he got home. He did not recall much except being at home depot and getting hit in the head. Home Depot told him that it was a small box of dust masks that hurt him. We discovered it was actually a large box of emergency kits that fell off the shelf.
