“I love practicing law because it gives me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, from medical providers to injured Claimants.”

I joined LaBovick Law Group in 2014 as the Director of Insurance Litigation.  As a West Palm Beach PIP lawyer, I have PIP litigation experience representing injured persons and medical providers in their claims against automobile insurance carriers for failure to properly pay PIP benefits. I earned my Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University after obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.

In law school, I was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.  I had the distinction of being included on the Dean’s List at Shepard Broad Law Center for four consecutive semesters. This gave me a unique insight into representing both Plaintiffs and insurance companies alike and the practical manner and application in which Insurance Law is practiced while attending Law School.

My motto is that every medical provider in Florida deserves full and fair PIP reimbursement from the insurance company. I maximize justice for my clients by aggressively fighting for their rights. I became a lawyer to ensure that all medical providers throughout the State of Florida have the necessary resources to continue providing essential medical services. I truly embrace the “fight to win” core value of LaBovick Law Group. I do not shy away from insurance carriers’ denials and I “fight the good fight” on any and all issues/denials.

Similarly, I have represented thousands of injured workers throughout the State of Florida. I aggressively fight to ensure the Workers Compensation carriers provide medical treatment and lost wage benefits.

I like to stay active in my community. In Florida, I have engaged in disaster relief work at the American Red Cross Center in Boca Raton, Florida. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, exercising at the gym, and participating in adult basketball leagues.
