Personal Injury Attorney

As a third-generation Palm Beach County native, I have deep roots in this community and a strong commitment to serving the people who call it home. My practice is dedicated to representing individuals and families who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. I am passionate about helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives while fighting to ensure they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University before pursuing my Juris Doctor at Florida Coastal School of Law. My interest in the law began long before law school while attending the Palm Beach Lakes High School Pre-Law Magnet Program, where I developed a love for advocacy and courtroom practice. During that time, I was proud to become a Mock Trial Champion, an experience that helped lay the foundation for my future legal career.

Following law school, I began my legal career at the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office. There, I represented hundreds of indigent clients and gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience. The fast-paced nature of criminal defense allowed me to develop the advocacy skills, litigation strategies, and confidence that continue to benefit my clients today.

After my time in public service, I joined Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, where I eventually rose to the position of Senior Associate and Lead Trial Attorney. In that role, I handled and tried cases throughout the State of Florida, gaining firsthand knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and litigate claims. This experience provided me with a unique perspective on the tactics employed by insurers and has become an invaluable asset in my current practice. Today, I use that insight to aggressively advocate for injured individuals and ensure insurance companies are held accountable when they fail to meet their obligations.

Beyond my legal practice, I remain committed to serving both the legal profession and the Palm Beach County community. I am an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and currently serve on its Civil Trial Committee, where I work alongside fellow attorneys to support and improve the practice of civil litigation.

On a personal level, I enjoy spending time throughout South Florida attending basketball games, participating in community service projects, and connecting with the people who make this area such a special place to live. Whether in the courtroom or in the community, I am proud to serve the county that has shaped my life and career.

James was searching for equipment for painting at Home Depot. In the aisle next to him, there was a worker on a lift stocking the highest shelf. The worker pushed boxes so far across the shelf that they fell off the other edge and hit James in the head. The force almost knocked James unconscious. He sat down and the loud bang got the worker off the ladder to see what fell. When they saw James they offered him a bucket and made a report. James did not recall leaving the store or how he got home. He did not recall much except being at home depot and getting hit in the head. Home Depot told him that it was a small box of dust masks that hurt him. We discovered it was actually a large box of emergency kits that fell off the shelf.
