Director of Litigation

After more than 20 years fighting for the rights of Florida plaintiffs, Mark Hanson has become our Director of Litigation. A member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Florida Trend magazine’s Florida Legal Elite, Mr. Hanson is respected for his aggressive representation in personal injury and admiralty. He was one of only seven attorneys statewide recognized in the Aviation, Admiralty & Maritime category. He was among only 1.7% of Florida Bar members recognized. In addition, he was named a Florida Super Lawyer.

Mr. Hanson is a former Assistant State’s Attorney for David Bludworth in Palm Beach County and, an active member of the Florida legal community where he is a member of the Florida Justice Association; the Palm Beach Justice Association; the Palm Beach Bar Association, and was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Coastal Conservation Association as well as former vice-Mayor of the town of the Jupiter Inlet Colony. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, U.S. Southern District of Florida, U.S. Middle District of Florida.  Mr. Hanson is also a member of the Colorado Bar.

He has lived in Palm Beach County since 1985, and currently resides in Jupiter with his wife and two children.
