Frank M. Albear is a member of the Florida Bar and heads our Financial Services Division, focusing on bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sales and more. He is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, foreclosure, mediation, real estate, workers' compensation, employment law, social security disability and personal injury. He is a successful trial attorney, negotiator and strategist with complex transactions. Mr. Albear is licensed to practice in Florida, United States District Court Southern District of Florida, United States District Court Eastern District of Michigan, and he's a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

As a Florida Supreme Court Mediator appointed by the governor's office between 1995 and 2000, Mr. Albear personally mediated 1/3 of all workers' compensation cases filed in Palm Beach, Glades and Hendry County.

Mr. Albear is a fluent Spanish speaker, and is an avid member of the equestrian and polo community in South Florida.
