Rafael M. Diaz, Esq.
Associate Rafael M. Diaz was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and moved to West Palm Beach as a young child. His roots are deeply embedded in the local Palm Beach County community. Throughout his life he has embraced community activism and making a difference in the life of others.
After graduating from Forest Hill High School, Mr. Diaz attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where he acquired a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. During his undergraduate education, Mr. Diaz was the first recipient of a funded research grant aimed at conducting studies in the field of behavioral sciences. In addition, Mr. Diaz was the vice president of the Psychology Club and his academic achievements made him the recipient of the Provost Scholarship.
Mr. Diaz earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law. Due to his outstanding academic performance, Mr. Diaz was invited to join the prestigious Moot Court honor society.
Mr. Diaz received "Book Awards" in Criminal Procedure, Franchise Law, Children and the Law, and Insurance Law. During law school, Mr. Diaz was also an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Mr. Diaz began his legal career as a Prosecutor with the State Attorney's Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Due to his outstanding achievements in the legal community, Mr. Diaz was recognized in the prestigious Super Lawyers Magazine as a Florida Rising Star.
Mr. Diaz has experience in handling civil and criminal cases in both Federal and State Courts. In the Florida legal community, Mr. Diaz is known for his commitment and attention to his client's legal matters. Mr. Diaz is fluent in both English and Spanish.
