Director of Family Law and ADA LitigationAfter more than twenty years of fighting for the rights of plaintiffs in matters involving, family law, disability discrimination, personal injury and other civil areas, Joseph R. Fields, Jr., Esq. joins the LaBovick Law Group. He heads up the Family Law and the ADA Litigation practice areas.
Mr. Fields, has a distinguished reputation in the community for having compassion in representing the injured, disabled and individuals in custody or divorce disputes. He has served on several boards and committees over the years including the Family Law Committee. Military Affairs Committee, Special Needs of Children Committee, Client Relations Committee, among many others.
Mr. Fields, was admitted to the Florida State Bar and Federal Bar in 1987. He was admitted to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1988 and the United States Supreme Court in 1993.
Mr. Fields graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts. In continuing his education, Mr. Fields graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1986 with a Juris Doctor.
Mr. Fields has been a proud resident of Palm Beach County for over 20 years. He resides in Palm Beach County with his wife Tammy and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with the family and boating.
