Noelle Partin is a native Floridian and grew up in the West Palm Beach area with her three siblings. She graduated from John I. Leonard's Computer Technology Academy in Greenacres, Florida, and received the prestigious Pathfinder Scholarship Award in Business to further her academic studies. While working full-time, Ms. Partin attended Palm Beach State College and earned an Associate in Science Paralegal Degree.

Ms. Partin has worked in the legal field for over eleven years, in various types of law from Insurance Defense and Personal Injury to PIP litigation. She started her professional legal career, working for several leading Insurance Defense law firms before joining the LaBovick Law Group in 2006.

Ms. Partin believes in giving back to the community and actively participates in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Making Strides against Breast Cancer walks. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with family. An ardent supporter of the deaf, Ms. Partin is fluent in American Sign Language.
