South Florida Business Report TV Broadcast features Paul D. Baltrun, Director of Loss Mitigation

Paul D. Baltrun, Director of Mortgage Modification was featured on the South Florida Business Report March 7th in an interview with Executive Producer David Weir to discuss the housing crisis in Florida. Mr. Baltrun explained the benefits of mortgage modification, and the importance of providing distressed homeowners in South Florida with honest, straightforward assistance.

“There is a tremendous need for homeowners to lower their monthly payments and reposition their mortgages because of the mortgage and financial crises that we have,” Mr. Baltrun explained. “With lenders tightening their standards for refinances, and with many people either losing their jobs or having a decrease in income, there is a tremendous need for homeowners to have help.”

In response to the growing need to provide help to distressed homeowners in South Florida, LaBovick Law Group added the new Consumer Protection Practice Areas: Mortgage Modification, Mortgage Foreclosure Defense, and Bankruptcy Protection. A homeowner can lower a monthly loan payment, reduce the principal mortgage, and save their home from foreclosure with successful loss mitigation techniques.

The loss mitigation professionals at LaBovick Law Group have helped over a thousand homeowners successfully modify their mortgage.

“The lenders don’t have trained people to handle the large amount of modification requests. They make mistakes on the files, which creates even more of a backlog,” Baltrun stated during the interview. “We have a processing team that works with lenders and banks on a daily basis to ensure that each file ends up in the hands of the person ultimately responsible for making a decision.”
