Marvin Pincus, J.D. earned a Bachelors of Arts from City University in New York in 1961. He earned a Juris Doctor from St. Johns University School of Law in 1967. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1968. Mr. Pincus has been an attorney for over 30 years and served as a senior trial attorney in New Jersey, specializing in litigation in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, medical malpractice, workplace safety, product liability and premises liability. He served on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers and served as President of The New Jersey Association for Trial Lawyers for over 10 years. He is a certified Civil Trial Attorney in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Pincus is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, based on his outstanding results for his clients. He has lectured extensively on numerous topics, including products liability, no-fault auto insurance, and medical malpractice. His legal efforts have resulted in several published cases involving legal precedents, including Mercado v. Transport of New Jersey, Mott v. Callahan AMS Machine Company and Palamone v. Patterson Board of Education. Mr. Pincus is a member of the American Association of Justice, Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey.
