Larry Stern is Chief of Staff. Larry is admitted to the Bar in New York but is not admitted to the Florida Bar or presently engaged in legal practice. He reports to Managing Shareholder Brian LaBovick Esq.  Mr. Stern is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Legal Administrators. His past experience includes having been VP for Corporate and Governmental Affairs for a multinational manufacturing and import company; serving as Special Litigation Counsel for Omniglow Corporation in MA; serving as Managing Attorney and Litigation Counsel for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in NY; and being a founding member of the American Corporate Council Committee on Staff Counsel.

Selected for inclusion to the Sixth Edition of  Who’s  Who in American Law, Mr. Stern's demonstrated achievements and public service includes having been an  Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of FL; Assistant District Attorney for New York County, NY District Attorney Robert Morgenthau; and selection to the United States Department of Justice Summer Honors Program. He has received commendations from the United States Secret Service and United States Postal Service and was elected to Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies.    He received his JD from Hofstra University and a BA, cum laude, with honors in political science from American University from which he also has an AA in the Administration of Justice. Mr. Stern is a life member of Alpha Epsilon Pi and was Charter Justice for the John F Kennedy chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He has received outstanding alumnus and outstanding service awards from PAD and served as a District Justice. He has served on numerous Boards of Directors including United Jewish Appeal’s Insurance Division and B’nai Zion’s Executive Board. He played a significant role in the New York State Fraternal Order of Police "Fight Road Rage" Campaign and was a past Board member at Temple Beth Am in Jupiter, FL.

Mr. Stern participates in The New England Council, the nation's oldest regional business organization; the North Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce; the Hogan-Morganthau Association; the National Association of Former United States Attorneys;  and serves on the  Jupiter; Florida Police Department Citizen’s Advisory Group.
