Scott R. Haft, Esq.

Scott Haft heads our employment law and commercial litigation division, which handles employment, real estate transactions, alternative dispute resolutions,  corporate collections and contract and business disputes.

Mr. Haft graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2008. As a law student, Mr. Haft spent two Summers as a legal intern in the Southern District of Florida United States Attorney’s Office and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. His decision to go to law school was not easy since he was offered a Major League baseball contract with the New York Mets after starring at Franklin & Marshall College as Captain and right fielder on their Conference Champion baseball team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Haft is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Federal Court. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he is active in their Young Lawyers Division.
