Trucking company settles with woman struck in SUV on Interstate highway.

A trucking company agreed to pay $215,000 to a woman whose vehicle was struck
by one of its drivers on I-95.

65 year old Plaintiff sustained an elbow fracture and a left wrist injury when
an 18-wheeler truck for Honey Transport swerved into her path and struck the
driver’s side of her sport utility vehicle. Both vehicles were heading northbound
on  the Interstate highway.

The case settled prior to filing a lawsuit.
