Interrogatories

Interrogatories are written questions that must be answered in writing and under oath. The answers to interrogatories must be provided within thirty (30) days under most circumstances. We will send interrogatories to each defendant before taking his or her deposition. We may serve additional interrogatories as new issues develop in your case.

When we receive interrogatories from the defendant, we will send you a copy. Please provide us with full and complete answers to each question. If you don't understand a question, please work with our staff to finalize your answers. If you fail to disclose any information in your interrogatory answers, the insurance company will try to use this against you at trial.

Providing full and complete answers to interrogatories is essential to the prosecution of your case. We need your cooperation to do this in a timely manner.
