Marvin Pincus, Esq. *
AssociateMarvin Pincus, Esq., was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1968.
Mr. Pincus has been a senior trial attorney in New Jersey for more than 30 years, specializing in personal injury, workers' compensation, workplace safety, medical malpractice, product liability, and motor vehicle and premises liability. For several years he served on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers. In addition, he served as President of the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers for several years. He is a certified civil trial attorney in the state of New Jersey.
Mr. Pincus is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, based on his outstanding results for his clients. In addition, Mr. Pincus has lectured extensively on numerous topics including products liability, no-fault auto insurance, and medical malpractice. His legal efforts have resulted in several published cases involving legal precedents, including Mercado v. Transport of New Jersey, Mott v. Callahan AMS Machine Company and Palamone v. Patterson Board of Education. Mr. Pincus is AV rated by Matindale Hubbell.
