The law firm of LaBovick & LaBovick, P.A., is seeking an experienced Florida Personal Injury Attorney with trial experience. The selected candidate will represent clients from case inception through the pre-litigation,medical management and entire litigation process, including trial. The concentration of case load will be in personal injury with some medical malpractice.
Requirements: 5 to 7 years experience
Ability to assume an active caseload.
Detail-oriented, with strong negotiating skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strategic legal thinking.
Demonstrated experience prioritizing assignments in an extremely
fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Some trial experience necessary.

Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group life and health insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment for a minimal cost.
Short and Long Term Disability Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group disability insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment.
Dental Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible to purchase coverage under a group dental insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment.
Supplemental Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible to purchase additional insurance coverage, (i.e. short-term disability, accident, cancer, critical illness, intensive care, universal life and term life insurance) through payroll deduction.
Qualified 401(k) Plan:
The Firm has a 401(k) Plan. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Plan after six (6) months of employment. Employees may contribute up to 15% of their pre-tax pay. The Firm will match Fifty percent (50%) of the employees’ contribution. Matching funds are available on a five (5) year vested basis.
